Environmental Terminology Defined

I try to explain how each product is environmentally-friendly within each listing whether that means it’s sustainable, biodegradable, recycled, up cycled, etc, but what do all of these terms really mean? I’m still learning as well and may use the wrong vocabulary sometimes but I’m trying to evolve my education on helping the planet! Honestly I never realized how much plastic I use in everyday life. However, over the last year or so, I’ve consciously tried to reuse bags and choose natural items to implement in my lifestyle. In fact, a friend on Facebook recommend an app called My Little Plastic Footprint that includes tons of recommendations on how to switch up your plastic usage in every room of your house.

Yarn fibers I've tried (Ones I love... and ones I love even more!)

I focus solely on using eco-friendly yarns and this means continually seeking and experimenting with new yarn fibers from naturally and ethically sourced wool to organic and upcycled cotton to the latest fibers like lyocell, I have worked with and knit up a variety of fibers to determine which are the environmentally friendly, ethical and conducive to work with!
