I never thought I was an animal person - in fact, growing up we never had a pet. Aside from petsitting for friends when they were away and hanging with their pets, I’ve never had my own nor did I have a desire to own a pet either. However, a couple years ago my sister decided to foster, then adopt, a cat and he is the sweetest cat ever so I started to bend. Then, I moved to Florida and stray cats here are incredibly common, but there was one cat in particular that was extra friendly so we started leaving food out for her. But then we heard her story from a neighbor- she actually used to be an indoor cat and lived a few building over from ours, but when her owner moved out, he left her outside instead of taking her with him! Once we heard that, we just had to take her in and she’s been the most sweet kitty. Needless to say, now I’m researching cat supplies and necessities lately and I came across some extra cute pet accessories from small shops I wanted to show you!

A special gift guide for your pets

Is this not the cutest animal pillow you’ve ever seen? The plaid would match your fall decor so perfectly for the season and the personalization makes it extra sweet!

This bowl is actually stoneware that is handmade on the pottery wheel in North Carolina! Your pet’s name (or any custom lettering) is then printed on the bowl with a special wax technique. The bowl is also sturdy and tapered to prevent it from tipping over.

With three different pet bandana sizes, match with your favorite animal of almost any size with a variety of patterns to coordinate with your own face mask.

Custom dog toy

Clearly, I can’t get enough of the personalized gifts because if you’re shopping small, why not take advantage of the personalization and one-on-one love that can bring to your order? This shop is based in Florida and the fabric is a cotton and wool blend, which the shops says endures even through rough play.

These laser-engraved collars are stylish and customizable with not only your pet’s name, but your phone number as well.

C’mon, isn’t this the sweetest portrait ever? After your order, you’ll send a few photos of your pets to the artist who will create a custom drawing of each animal and you can then submit your input so the drawings are exactly how you like them.

This is such a cute idea that I never thought of! This shop offers a collar for your pet alongside a just-as-cute bracelet for yourself.

Photos are not my own. Photos are from each shop’s Etsy page.
